{"id":12551,"date":"2026-05-12T10:37:30","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T08:37:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/onyx-ventures.org\/?p=12551"},"modified":"2026-05-14T11:04:50","modified_gmt":"2026-05-14T09:04:50","slug":"developments-regarding-the-investment-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onyx-ventures.org\/el\/developments-regarding-the-investment-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Developments regarding the investment project"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ONYX TOURISTIKI S.A. would like to inform investors of the following<br>concerning its investment plan for an &#8220;Agrotourism Village with Tourist<br>Accommodation Complex in Sani, Halkidiki&#8221;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Request for Financing No. 107923\/2026 from Credia Bank was approved<br>through the Recovery and Resilience Fund \u2013 RRF state-supported loan<br>mechanism<\/strong> under the \u201cGreece 2.0\u201d programme, to cover the eligible<br>component of the investment which stood at \u20ac 286,966,000; of that 45.45% (\u20ac<br>130,439,000) comes from an RRF loan, 34.55% (\u20ac 99,134,000) from a co-<br>financing loan from Credia Bank, and 20% (\u20ac 57,393,000) is the company\u2019s<br>own contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Programme for the Ordinary Bond Loan with an Arranging, Subscription,<br>Initial Distribution, Bondholders\u2019 Representative Appointment and Paying<br>Agent Agreement was signed on 7.5.2026 with CrediaBank S.A. (INCLUDING<br>FINANCING WITH CAPITAL FROM THE RECOVERY AND RESILIENCE<br>FUND [RRF]) for an amount of up to \u20ac 229,572,568.00 divided into up to<br>229,572,568.00 non-dematerialised registered bonds with a nominal value of<br>\u20ac 1.00 each, with the shareholders Green Mile Advisory Ltd, Mr. Leonidas<br>Zisiadis and Mr. Fokion Zisiadis acting as guarantors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among other things, the following collateral will be provided to secure the<br>bond loan: a.
